The Maritime Museum

Tuesday 4th September 2018


Last week we went to the Maritime Museum and we had a lot of fun there. All of us got put into groups and I was with Miss Tupou's brother. In my group I had Mario, Alfonzo, and Dadak-su. We explored the Museum and we went on a ferry ride. After the ride we went back to the Museum and we had to say our goodbyes then we went back to school in the bus.

Sugar

Yesterday our class measured drinks that had a lot of sugar in it. we had to guess how much sugar is in each bottle or fizzy or juice or energy drink. my group just guest how much sugar is in each drink. we all had one job to do. I was cutting the paper, Paige was writing how much is in one bottle of drink, Mondray was measuring how much is in the drink and he put it in the bag.

Narrative Writing

This is my Narrative writing and how I have improved on my writing. So last term we did a writing test and it was about what is your favorite room in the house and my level for that was 2B but for 6 months  of learning and I have improved a lot because I got 3P and that's 4 years of learning and I so proud of my self but just hoping i can get to 4A at the end of the year.

Never Give Up - Dream

1. The message in the clip to never up and don't try fit in with others and believe that you can do anything what you want to do when your older.
2. My dream is become a pro rugby league player and after i finish playing rugby i want to be a pilot because i like to travel around the world.
3. I will need to train my hardest and do good at school, home and try my best on everything i do and always take care of my parents like do the chores and try make them proud by doing good at school. I will need to concentrate on my learning and never think i can't be what i want to be.

Disco

Glen Taylor school had a disco on Friday the 15th and is start at 5:30 and finish at 7:30 it was fun and everyone was dancing so hard but the song was little bit boring but at least we were having fun.

THE UMU

We made Umu at Mr and Mrs Faalili's house we had Pig Head's, Chicken, Taro and Banana the fire was burning hot like lava we made a big fire with just wood rock and a little bit of gasoline and when I was there I was helping a lot and I done most of the job because I am a true islander

Assembly

Today Friday 25 May 2018 we had a Assembly and it was long. and the kapa haka had to do there songs and dance too. After the assembly we clean the back rooms of the hall. It was pretty boring because we were just sitting down. But i wanted to stand and sing with the kapa haka group but just in our class. That was It for today.

Soccer

At soccer we vs 7 teams and we came 6 place. But its was all right as long as we had fun there. We were so happy when we won our first game. But the other soccer games we were doing bad and we lost all the other 6 games and that's what happen at soccer.

Nearest Ten

today we learned about rounding to the nearest ten. we had to answer these question and to e honest it was pretty easy. then after that we had to complete a page of the stage 6 math book and yeah that what i done in the middle block.

Listening to the siren’s and the footsteps marching towards my house.

I take a deep breath and look at my brother with tears dripping down my face.

I hear the police knocking on the door, so I whisper to my brother in Tongan not to open the door.

They hulk smashed into the house and started yelling at me and my brother.

They asked for our passport but unfortunately my brother didn’t have a passport.

I gave him my passport and I looked at him and said “it's all right with a big smile.”

Anzac

Today Friday 11 May when recorded our self's reading our ANZAC work and i hope you enjoy.
